CuraLabs provides AI employees that operate in isolated virtual environments on your behalf. These AI employees can connect to messaging channels, execute tasks, browse the web, and interact with third-party services.

• Automation: AI employees may access and interact with third-party services using credentials you provide. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of data provided.
• User Responsibility: You agree to only use AI employees for lawful purposes and in accordance with the terms of any third-party services they access.

4. User Accounts

• Account Creation: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, and to keep this information updated.
• Confidentiality: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activities under your account.
• Unauthorized Access: You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

5. User Conduct and Acceptable Use

You agree that you will not:

• Use the Services in a manner that violates any applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code of any part of our Services;
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the Services;
• Transmit any viruses, malware, or other harmful code;
• Use AI employees to bypass security measures, violate terms of third-party services, or engage in fraudulent practices.

6. Privacy

We collect, store, and use your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our Services, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information as described therein.

7. Intellectual Property

• Our IP: All content, functionality, and features of the Services are the exclusive property of CuraLabs, protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
• License: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services for your personal or internal business purposes.
• Restrictions: Unauthorized use terminates the license and may violate intellectual property laws.

• Service “As Is”: The Services are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without warranties of any kind.
• No Warranties: We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
• Third-Party Services: Your use of AI employees to access third-party services is at your own risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CuraLabs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. In no event shall our liability exceed the amount you paid to us in the six (6) months preceding the claim or one hundred U.S. dollars ($100), whichever is greater.

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless CuraLabs from and against all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from your use of the Services, violation of these Terms, or violation of any third-party rights.

11. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Services at any time. We may also update these Terms, posting the revised version with the latest revision date. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Termination

• By Us: We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration in California, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and CuraLabs regarding the Services.
